Creating a User


Users can either be standalone or within a user group. If the new user shall be a standalone user, skip step 2.

To create a new user, proceed as follows:

  1. Select User Groups in the left window pane.
  2. Select the desired user group for the new user.
  3. Select Edit > Create User user_create.png.
     The Properties dialog box appears.
  4. Enter the desired data in the respective boxes.
  5. Click OK at the bottom of the window to confirm the data for the new user.

A new user with the specified properties was created.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
