Maximizing or minimizing the Instant Expert™ panel

The Instant Expert™ panel is automatically minimized whenever an Instant Expert™ task is called.

To maximize or minimize the Instant Expert™ panel, proceed as follows:

  1. Click either:
    • The vertical Instant Expert™ button on the bottom right hand side of the right window pane to maximize.

    • The arrow down button on the top right hand side of the Instant Expert™ panel to minimize.

When you minimize the Instant Expert™ panel, it stays minimized until you maximize it again.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
