Installing BMC BladeLogic Atrium Integration

You must run the BMC BladeLogic Atrium Integration (now known as TrueSight Server Automation integration for CMDB) installer on a Microsoft Windows computer or a Red Hat Linux computer that has a network connection to BMC Remedy Action Request System (BMC Remedy AR System) and the BMC Decision Support for Server Automation or TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse database.

Important

From the 24.4 release, TrueSight Server Automation integration with the Helix AR system has been supported. There are no changes in the BMC BladeLogic Atrium installation steps to support Helix AR integration.
