Viewing the status of activities


This topic provides information about the status of recent activities performed in Automation Console.

As an administrator, you can review the status of recent activities performed by yourself and other operators. As an operator, you can view the status of recent activities performed only by you.

To view the activity logs

  1. Log in to the console.
  2. Click the user profile section, and then click Activity Logs.
    The following details for an activity are displayed.
    • Activity
    • Object
    • Name
    • User (Administrator only)
    • Status
    • Date
    • Details
  3. To search for an activity, enter an activity name, object name, object type, status, or complete or partial description and click search.png.
  4. To view the activity logs for a specific interval, click image2022-10-3_15-36-41.pngand specify the date and time.
  5. (optional) Use the Advanced filter to perform an advanced search by specifying the following options:
    • Activity
    • Object
    • Status
    • User

To clean up the activity logs

As an administrator, you can purge all activity logs generated before 90 days (default value) by using the cleanup API. You can also provide a date older than 90 days to delete all activity logs before it. For more details, see the Using-REST-APIs.
