File not accessible error when exporting a Silk Performer project

Issue

If you try to export a Silk Performer project you may encounter the following error:

File not accessible.
Access is denied.

Probable Cause

If you uploaded the script to the TrueSight Presentation Server and the Synthetic Scripts page is still open in a Microsoft Internet Explorer window, the .ltz file remains locked by Internet Explorer.

Resolution

Refresh the Synthetic Scripts page in Internet Explorer to unlock the .ltz file.
