Reclassifying Synthetic Monitor Accuracy, Execution, and Availability errors in TEA Agent


Starting from version 11.3.02, you can reclassify the list of default Synthetic Monitor Accuracy, Execution, and Availability errors produced by Silk Engine in the TEA Agent. These errors can be reclassified if required. If you have more than one TEA Agent, it is important to make the change on all the agents simultaneously to maintain consistency. The error reclassification settings must be done in the error_reclassification.csv file.


Use the following procedure to reclassify:

To reclassify the Silk errors in TEA Agent

  1. Open the error_reclassification.csv file from the following location:
    installationDirectory\TEAAgent\WorkingFolder\Conf
  2. Change or reclassify the error type. You can refer to the inventory list and use the following default error information as the guidelines to reclassify:

  3. Save the changes
  4. Restart the TEA Agent for the configuration changes to be applied. 
    The change takes effect for all errors detected immediately after it is applied. The change does not have any effect on historical data.
