Enhance security by using web proxy servers

Route all the inward and outward communication from the TrueSight Network Automation connector by using web proxy servers. With this capability, you can make sure that the applications are secure and not directly exposed to the external network.

Improved user experience on the Vulnerabilities page

You can view the categories assigned to the vulnerabilities according to their area of impact. You can also filter the list of vulnerabilities according to their assigned categories. With this capability, you can efficiently prioritize vulnerabilities and remediate them.

Gain insights into patch and vulnerability data by using the BMC Helix Automation and Compliance dashboard

View the BMC Helix Automation and Compliance dashboard to check the patch and vulnerability compliance data for the assets in the TrueSight Server Automation endpoint manager. Monitor the asset count, risk occurrence, including missing patches and vulnerabilities, and remediation trends, policy status, and business services at risk.

(Controlled availability customers only) Collect vulnerability and asset data for specific time periods to enhance reporting

Contact BMC Helix Support to enable the collection of vulnerability data for specific time periods. You can use this data to create custom reports on rollup vulnerability, managed assets, and vulnerability instance status data for various time periods in BMC Helix Dashboards. For more information, see Creating a dashboard.
