Diagnostic information available from the Virtual Chat Administration Console

Starting with version 9.1.01, the Virtual Chat Administration Console provides access to the update history and to system information.

Update History provides a history of all updates that have been made to your BMC Virtual Chat. As version 9.1.01 is the first release to include this data, we see only the version of the release that was installed. In the future, this table will contain a list of all hot fixes, patches, service packs, and upgraded versions that are applied to your system.

System Information identifies each module that is part of BMC Virtual Chat. Each module identifies itself and provides status information. You can confirm which servers, components, and modules are running on your system. If you call Support for assistance, they might ask to see this information.
