Copying customized files

Before the upgrade, you made a backup copy of your customized files, web.xml and pluginsvr_config.xml. The upgrade process installed new default versions of these files that you must replace with your customized versions.

To copy customized files

1. Copy the backup web.xml file to the following folder: C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\programd\WEB-INF\
2. Copy the backup pluginsvr_config.xml file to the folder on your server where you store the plug-in files—for example, C:\Program Files\AR System\<ServerName>\pluginsvr.

3. Copy the backup customized AIML files to the $BMC_VIRTUAL_AGENT_HOME$\VirualAgentComponents\var\programd\aiml\ directory.
   
   

   Note

    If you wish to retain the sample AIML file, do not overwrite the aiml\ directory.
