Rerunning a failed archival or restore session

You can rerun a failed archival or restore session by clicking the Run Again link on the Archival Status Summary page or the Restore Status Summary page. This link appears only if the last archival or restore session failed.

When you click the Run Again link, the archival process or the restore process (as applicable) starts a new job with the previously specified parameters.
