Phase scheduling and execution
The Phase Scheduling/Execution options let you schedule the execution of a job. The options available vary depending on whether you are defining a Software Deploy Job or a basic or advanced BLPackage Deploy Job. If you are defining a Software Deploy Job or a basic BLPackage Deploy Job, you can only schedule the overall job. If you are defining an advanced BLPackage Deploy Job, you can schedule the overall job or schedule individual phases. Many organizations prefer to schedule individual phases so that they can stage a job during business hours and then commit the job during a maintenance window.
