Running PCI FIM Jobs and monitoring Job progress

An automatic, recurring schedule is preferable for running the Batch Jobs. You can set up a recurring run schedule on the Schedule tab in the Batch Job, as described in the previous procedure. You can also run Jobs manually at any time.

To run Jobs manually for test purposes, in the Jobs folder, right-click the Batch Job and select Execute.

The Tasks in Progress panel shows progress for the Batch Job and the jobs in it. In the following example, the Discover Job is complete (and therefore not listed) and the Snapshot Job is running.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
