Graphic elements do not load properly after upgrading the Presentation Server

Immediately after upgrading the TrueSight Presentation Server, some graphic elements in the TrueSight console may stop functioning in Microsoft Internet Explorer and in Firefox. This can take the form of incorrect coloring, or functionality of the elements being disabled.

This issue is as expected and caused by a caching error in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Resolution

You can solve the problem by doing one of the following:

  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Perform a forced reload of the affected page (Ctrl + F5).
