TrueSight Orchestration-related integration issue
If you observe exceptions due to timeout in TrueSight Orchestration-related integrations, increase the value of the aoServerTimeout property in the BCAN_DATA\global.properties file.
Inbox for the integrated Change Manager is visible in the GUI in spite of disabling the external integration
The Inbox option (for example, Remedy Inbox) the integrated Change Manager appears under Network > Actions, even if you have disabled the external integration by using the External Change Manager Username for Jobs Created by Policies system parameter. When you create a job with a Change ID and Task ID, the job fails.
Workaround:
Refresh the GUI or log on the GUI again.
