Track-It! 2022 Release 01 online technical documentation is also available in the following languages:

  • French
  • German
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Spanish
  • Spanish (XL)

The displayed language depends on your browser language. However, you can change languages from the Language menu.

Viewing scheduled jobs

Track-It! enables you to schedule automatic jobs for running reports, synchronizing assets, and creating tickets. The Schedule Jobs module provides you with the ability to:

  • View a comprehensive list of all of your scheduled jobs.
  • Examine details about the job schedules.
  • Stop or restart Track-It! Infrastructure Service from running the jobs.

To view scheduled jobs

  1. On the header bar, expand the hamburger menuand select Configuration.
  2. Click Application Settings > Scheduled Jobs.
    The Scheduled Jobs page is displayed.

    The following table describes the job details you can view for all of your scheduled jobs:

    Job detailDescription
    Name

    Specifies the name of the scheduled job

    The following scheduled jobs are listed:

    Created Time

    Specifies the time-stamp when the job was scheduled
    FrequencySpecifies a general time-frame for when the scheduled job executes
    Recurrence

    Specifies details about the selected recurrence pattern for the scheduled job

    Examples:

    • Every hour
    • At 2:00 AM, every 2 days
    • At 11:12 PM, on day 25 of the month
    Last Execution TimeSpecifies the time-stamp when the last job was executed
    The value in this field is null for jobs scheduled in the future.
    Next Execution TimeSpecifies the time-stamp of the next execution time

To stop or start Track-It! Infrastructure Services

Track-It! Infrastructure Services runs all of your scheduled jobs automatically. You can stop or start Track-It! Infrastructure Services from running all scheduled jobs using the Scheduled Jobs module.

  1. On the header bar, expand the hamburger menu  and select Configuration.
  2. Click Application Settings > Scheduled Jobs.
    The Scheduled Jobs page is displayed.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:

    ActionSteps
    Stop running scheduled jobsClick Stop Now.
    Start running scheduled jobsClick Start Now.

    Note

    Track-It! Infrastructure Services can only be stopped or started for all scheduled jobs. You cannot stop or start individual jobs.
