Customizing panels of a dashboard to view key data
A dashboard in Track-It! enables you to view a consolidated list of all your assigned records and other key data. You can add a set of predefined panels that are provided out of the box to the dashboard. If your system administrator has granted you permission to use dashboard, you can also create specific panels that are designed to meet your business requirements. For example, you can configure a panel to view the tickets that are assigned to you or tickets that are in the open status.
By configuring the panels on the dashboard, you can:
- Create custom charts based on the views on the Help Desk
- Configure a dashboard for each group that you belong to
- Configure a maximum of 12 panels on your dashboard
- Display data in a pie chart, line chart, or bar chart
- Export the panel data in PNG format
- Configure a custom refresh rate for each panel or manually refresh the dashboard panel
