Collecting logs on mobile devices

The Track-It! Mobile App creates log files on the file system of your mobile device by logging the Web API calls that are made to the API server as well as all errors that occur in the performance of an operation. The names of the log files are described in the following table:

File format	Description
`{<dd-mm-yyyy>}-Log.txt{<dd-mm-yyyy>}`	Log.txt files log the App events and errors.
`-Fatal.txt`	Fatal.txt files log errors that cause the App to fail to function.

Use the following procedures to locate the log files on your mobile device.

To locate log files on a device running iOS:

Go to Files.
Select the Browse tab and then under locations, select On My iPhone.
Select the Track-It! Folder as shown in the following figure:
Tap the Track-It! folder to open it and display all of the log files as shown in the following figure:
