Managing requestor profile
If the Profile Appearance Setting is set to Display and Edit by the system administrator, you can update your requestor profile in the Self Service portal with any changes in your address or phone number. The updated details are used when Self Service records the user information for the tickets that you create.
To edit your profile
- On the Self Service Home page, in the upper-right section, click and select Profile Settings.
- On the My Profile page, edit the details of the required fields:
- Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Alternate Phone
- Click Update.
To change your password
You must use your password to log on to Self Service. To protect the privacy of your data, you must regularly change the password.
- On the Self Service Home page, in the upper-right section, click and select Profile Settings.
- On the My Profile page, click Change Track-It! Password.
- Enter a new password.
- Click Save.
Important
You must log on to Self Service by using the new password.
