Technician Portal (Technicians)

If you have users in different locations using the same server (for example, users in England, France, Germany, Spain, Brazil, and Italy), you must pick a common display language in which the users can view the application. Typically, this display and data language is the most common language across all your user locales, for example, English.

You can choose only one display language for each application installation, and you select this language during the application installation.

Self Service (Requestors)

Track-It! provides a full suite of features that enables administrators to produce a localized Self Service experience for requestors, where each requestor can choose a preferred language.

Important

The Track-It! application uses the browser’s locale for determining the date/time format and the decimal value separators. Track-It! does not support custom currency or custom date/time format.
