Language availability

   

Track-It! 2020 Release 03 online technical documentation is also available in the following languages:

  • French
  • German
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Spanish
  • Spanish (XL)

The displayed language depends on your browser language. However, you can change languages from the Language menu.

Error Messages

The table lists the possible error that might occur when you are creating an asset in BMC Client Management:

Rename the asset without the backslash (\\) and try to run the operation again.

An object is already registered under this name.

An asset with the same name already exists.

Create the asset with another name or rename the existing asset.

Access denied. Please verify your access rights.

Could not connect to the BMC Client Management server due to insufficient permissions.

Verify the connection settings in the current version of Track-It! (Configuration > Asset Management > BMC Client Management Configuration) and try again.

16002SQL execution error

Asset name contains a special character, such as backslash (\) or double quotes(").

Rename the asset without special characters and try again.

16010Login failed.

Could not connect to the BMC Client Management server.

Verify User Name and Password in the current
version of Track-It! (Configuration > Asset Management > BMC Client Management Configuration) and try again.
