Customizing the logo and background image in the Track-It! application

You can customize the Track-It! application by configuring your company's logo on login and home page along with the background image on the login page. Based on your requirements, you can replace the default images with your company logo and login background image.

To customize the logo and login background in Track-It!

1. Update the logo on one of the following pages, depending on where you have installed Track-It! on the Track-It! web server:
   1. To update the logo on the Track-It! login page, perform the following steps:
      

      1. Navigate to trackItInstallationPath\Application Server\Content.releaseNumber.buildNumber\images\Common.

         Example

         For Track-It! 2020 Release 01 with build number 086, the path is trackItInstallationPath\Application Server\Content.20.20.01.086\images\Common.

      2. Back up the TrackIt.png (230x50) file.
   2. To update the background image on the Track-It! login page, perform the following steps:
      

      1. Navigate to trackItInstallationPath\Application Server\Content.releaseNumber.buildNumber\images\Common.

         Example

         For Track-It! 2020 Release 01 with build number 086, the path is trackItInstallationPath\Application Server\Content.20.20.01.086\images\Common.

      2. Back up the TI-login-cover.jpeg file.
2. Create your company logo and background image files to match the dimensions and name of the default files.
3. Copy and replace the default files.
   You must clear your browser cache to view the updated branding.
