Creating and managing vendors
Track-It! allows you to manage vendor information that you can use for the asset management. You can manage vendor information such as company, payment terms, and contact details.
To create a vendor
- On the header bar, expand the hamburger menu and select Configuration.
- Click Lookups and select Vendors.
- On the Vendors page, click New.
In the New Vendor dialog box, perform the following steps:
In the Company Name field, enter the company name for the new vendor.
- Enter an appropriate value for the other fields.
(Optional) In the Comments field, enter additional details about the vendor.
- (Optional) To make this vendor unavailable, select the Mark as Inactive check box.
- Click Save.
- To add more vendors, repeat steps 4 and 5.
- (Optional) To edit a vendor, click .
- (Optional) To delete a vendor, click .
