Managing requestor profile

If your address or phone number changes, you can update these details in your profile. The updated details are used when Self Service records the user information for the tickets that you create. If the setting is enabled by the system administrator, you can also change your password.

Editing your profile

  1. On the Self Service Home page, in the upper-right section, click and select Profile Settings.
  2. On the My Profile page, edit the details of the required fields:
    • Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone
    • Alternate Phone
  3. Click Update.

Changing your password

If your system administrator has enabled the setting, you must use your password to log on to Self Service. To protect the privacy of your data, you must change the password.

  1. On the Self Service Home page, in the upper-right section, click and select Profile Settings.
  2. On the My Profile page, click Change Track-It! Password.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Click Save.

You must log on to Self Service by using the new password.
