View Defects/Requests


You can view any Defects/Requests (see Note below) associated with your Cases by clicking on the Defects/Requests heading under Case Management. 

NOTE: You will only be able to view Defects/Requests which are associated to Cases which you can also see. This page does not provide access to all Defects/Request records in our database.

The list filtering functions work the same as was previously described for Cases, with one addition. You have the option of filtering the list based on information on the Defect/Requests or based on information on the Case with which the Defect/Request is associated.

For example, to see all open Defects related to your personal Cases, Select:

  • My Requests
  • Filter Defects/Requests Based on Defect/Requests Information
  • Status: Open

To see Defects/Requests which are related to Cases which are open, select the radio button to filter by "Case Information.".
