Tenant Domain is empty for current realm. Go to RealmEditor panel and setup Tenant Domain for current realm.

The tenant domain should not be blank. Add a tenant domain for the tenant realm.

The hostname entry is invalid. Add a fully qualified domain name as a hostname for BMC Atrium Single Sign-On (SSO) URL.

The domain specified in the host name is not valid. Add a host name with valid domain.

The WebSphere agent zip file cannot be located. Contact your BMC Atrium SSO administrator.

The configuration directory is missing. Contact your BMC Atrium SSO administrator.

Verify that the Atrium SSO server is running and accessible from the host without firewall restriction where the message was logged. If running in HA mode, verifiy that the requests are sent to the nodes of the cluster.

BMCSSG1333E
JEE container cannot be running during installation. Please stop the server and retry agent installation.

Manually stop and restart Tomcat.

BMCSSG1821W
Host specified cannot be contacted. Check whether host is up and running. If so, ignore this warning.

InetAddress.isReachable(), which is used in BMC Atrium Single Sign-On code, is not one of the perfect ways provided by Java to check whether the host is reachable.
