Installing the patch
Patch 2 for BMC Atrium Single Sign-On 9.0.00 (9.0.00.02) is a full installation. The patch is an upgrade and can be installed on an existing installation. You can download the 9.0.00.02 installation files from the Patches tab on the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site and perform installation by using your normal installation process. Recommendation
Back up BMC Atrium Single Sign-On before proceeding with the patch installation.

Java 8 Support
BMC Atrium Single Sign-On is supported by Java 8 from this patch release.
Installer improvements
With the Patch 2 for BMC Atrium Single Sign-On 9.0.00 (9.0.00.02) release, the installer has the following improvements:
- Support for Java 8.
- Validation of BMC Atrium Single Sign-On URL during integration with BMC Remedy AR System.
- Correction of BMC Atrium Single Sign-On URL in the summary installation window.
- Removed delays during Tomcat and LDAP ports validation.
- Improvement in user experience by addition of information on detecting available Tomcat ports.

The file for Patch 2 for BMC Atrium Single Sign-On 9.0.00 (9.0.00.02), is not available yet in the EPD.

The Patch 002 is still not available on EPD, even patch 001 is also found to be removed.
Please provide a way to download Patch 2.

Both patches are available on EPD and you can get the download instructions from the page Downloading the installation files. Ensure that you type the name of the product as "BMC Atrium Single Sign On" in the Filter Products field.

I followed the same instructions, but not getting any search results for "BMC Atrium Single Sign On". If you try yourself on BMC Support Site, I believe you will also get same result.

As of today 10/05/2016 the patch 2 is not available. I only see the patch 1 but don't have permission to add an screenshoot to prove it. Can you please confirm if the customers get a different view of the patches.
