Logging on to a BMC application using mobile device
This topic provides information about the mobile device support for BMC Atrium Single Sign-On logon page. BMC application users can now view the optimized BMC Atrium Single Sign-On logon page on iOS and Android phones and tablets.
To log on to a BMC application using a mobile device
- On a supported mobile device, open the BMC application that is integrated with BMC Atrium Single Sign-On.
The application redirects you to the BMC Atrium SSO logon page. The login page and the Domain validation pages appear on the mobile device.
- Enter your credentials.
- Click Log In.
If you have enabled multitenancy, a domain validation page appears only for the first login.
- If required, enter the domain name.
- Click Submit.
The application appears on the mobile device as per the information provided in the respective product guidelines.
Default domain validation
When you install BMC Atrium Single Sign-On in a multi-tenant environment and you integrate it with other BMC products, you view an optimized login page on a mobile device. If BMC Atrium Single Sign-On is deployed in a multi-tenant environment, you must enter the domain name for authentication to the correct domain. You only need to perform this validation one time.
The Domain validation page is also optimized to be viewed on a mobile device so that you can enter your domain name correctly. For more information about domain name validation, see Authenticating to the correct realm automatically.
