Integrating BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring
BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) uses the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On (SS)) authentication system to provide single sign-on and single sign-off. BMC Atrium Single Sign-On allows to present credentials only once for authentication and subsequently be automatically authenticated by every BMC product that is integrated into the system.
Following topics are provided:
Before you begin
- Before you enable integration with BMC Atrium Single Sign-On, you must have BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) installed and BMC Application Performance Management (APM) console should be running.
- Ensure that users of BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring who are going to use BMC Atrium SSO, have access to BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server. See Managing users and Managing user groups.
- If you want to use the latest features of BMC Atrium Single Sign-On, you must upgrade to the 9.0 web agents libraries on your existing BMC product servers. You do not need to reintegrate your products with BMC Atrium Single Sign-On. Contact the respective BMC product administrator for upgrading agent libraries.
