MainView SRM retrieves start and end dates and times from the parameters in the MAIVIEW TIME command. If you have not set the TIME command, the default time range is 7 days (168 hours) before the current date and time to the current date and time. The following guidelines apply to the TIME command:
- MainView SRM uses the end date and time for the interval date and time when you specify those parameters as *.
- If you provide hexadecimal zero start and end dates and times, MainView SRM returns all system summary records.
For more information about the TIME command, see the Using MainView products.
The following table summarizes each volume performance option and its corresponding SETSRM keywords, action line commands, and EZCmd menus.

With all Volume Space views, you can use the TIME command to set date and time ranges for the reporting period.
