Introduction to MainView Storage Resource Manager (SRM)

The MainView Storage Resource Manager (SRM) suite of storage products provides a wide range of services and functions to help you manage your entire enterprise storage system.

Built on MainView architecture, MainView SRM employs a combination of the MainView standard ISPF panel interface, MainView windows interface, and MainView Explorer interface to provide easy, intuitive access to all of the storage data that you need.

To use MainView SRM to its fullest advantage, you should understand the key concepts and terms related to MainView. For more information about the MainView architecture and interface, see the Using MainView products.
