This documentation supports the 9.1 version of Service Request Management.

To view the latest version, select the version from the Product version menu.

Viewing survey results

You can view the results of service request surveys by running the Survey Results Detail report from the AR System Reporting Console.

Ensure that you have the correct permissions to run the report. For more information, see Analyzing services by running reports

To view survey results

  1. From the IT Home page, select AR System Administration > AR System Report Console.
  2. Select the Survey Results Detail report and click Run.

    Hi Cathy,

    I don't see the report in my AR System Reports list...I'm using Remedy ITSM 9.1. In 7.6, I had made some customizations on the SRM:Survey form, and then I created my own report to be able to view survey results. I was hoping, with 9.1, I wouldn't have to do customizations again. We don't have SRM installed...could this be the problem?

      Hello Susan,

      Can you provide the following information?
      When did you install ITSM? Have you installed it when the customization was done on SRM:Survey form in 7.6? Also when SRM was installed? The SRM:Survey form is shipped only with ITSM.
      Please let me know.

        If you do not have SRM installed, you cannot see the report generated for the customization done on the SRM:Survey form. For more information, see Statement of Direction: BMC Remedy ITSM Reporting and Analytics .
