Task management permissions

You must have the permissions described in the table below to view, create, or modify a task related to work order. You can open the task either from the parent request or your IT home page. Depending upon the permissions given to you by your administrator, you can perform these operations on a task.

Work order request manager, work order request assignee, or a member of the work order manager or work order assignee support group with either of the following permissions:

  • Work Order Master
  • Work Order User

      Thank you for your comment on documentation. We have checked at our side, and URL seems to be working properly. Could you please check on another browser like Chrome. It would work now.Also could you please check and clear Cache which might be the other reason. Thanks.
