Note: To avoid import failures, upgrade BMC Remedy AR System and BMC Atrium Core to 9.1.03 before installing BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 9.1.03.


Service Pack 3 provides the following enhancements:

New RTF editor

A new RTF editor is available with BMC Remedy Mid Tier 9.1.03 and can be used even when you have installed earlier versions of the BMC Remedy AR System, BMC Atrium Core, and BMC Remedy IT Service Management applications.
