Setting the tenancy mode

If your organization plans to run the applications in Multi-Tenancy mode, you must set the Multi-Tenancy option in the System Settings form.

Multi-Tenancy mode is a way to keep the data separate among multiple companies, departments, or other groups. It also makes it possible to host multiple companies and their data on a single server.

To set the tenancy mode

1. Open the System Settings form by entering the appropriate URL in the Address field of your browser.

   Note

   Use the following URL format: http://<midTierServerName>:<Port>/arsys/forms/<ARSystemServerName>/SYS%3ASystem+Settings/

2. In the Tenancy Mode field, select Multi-Tenancy and click Save.
