Phased rollout


This version of the software is currently available only to early adopter SaaS customers as the first step in our phased rollout.


As a developers, you can use the application interfaces associated with BMC Service Request Management to enable external applications. You can use web services and APIs to create, modify, and search for tickets within Service Request Management.

To integrate custom applications with Service Request Management, you should have a working knowledge of the Action Request System and the common foundation of BMC Helix ITSM.
