Phased rollout

 

This version of the software is currently available only to early adopter SaaS customers as the first step in our phased rollout.

Closing work orders

The work order assignee must close the work order after the work order has been fulfilled.

To close a work order

  1. On the IT Home page, select Service Request Management > Work Order Console.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Functions > Search Work Orders.
  3. In the Work Order form, search for the work order created for the service request.
  4. Move the work order to the Closed status.
  5. When you have finished adding details of the work order, click Save.
    When the last fulfillment work order is fulfilled, the status of the service request is set to Completed.
