Configuring Foundation for BMC Service Request Management

The BMC Remedy ITSM Suite applications are built on top of the Foundation module. The Foundation contains the common forms, workflow, and data that are needed to support the applications. Application administrators must complete Foundation configuration tasks before the applications can be used.
