Configuring entitlement
Configure entitlement rules that define which users can access various SRDs. You must have the Entitlement Administrator or SRM Administrator permission to configure entitlements.
In general, configuring entitlement depends on the userid, location, entitlement group, and company. Any combination of these attributes can be required to determine if a user can view and access the SRD.
Before configuring entitlement rules, review the following topics:
- Creating entitlement rules
- Enabling entitlement
- Validating user entitlement to SRDs
- Specifying entitlement information for a specific SRD

Based on the text "In general, configuring entitlement depends on the user, role, group, location, categorization, and service level attributes.", how can we define entitlements on role, group categorization and service level attributes? the only options in defining entitlements are userid, location, entitlement group and company.
Hello Amit,
Sorry for the delay in responding. I will discuss this with the concerned SME and update the topic accordingly.
