This section contains information about enhancements in the version 18.05 of BMC Service Request Management.

Enhancements to BMC Service Request Management for recurring price

BMC Digital Workplace Catalog (Catalog) supports the configuration of both one-time cost and recurring costs for services requested through Catalog. This enhancement enables Catalog to pass the recurring cost information to BMC Service Request Management whenever a service request is generated using Catalog. This enables users to see the Recurring Price and Recurring Price Basis fields in the Service Request Details.

Move Work Orders across environments

You can now promote the Work Order templates from the development environment to the production environment using BMC Remedy Deployment Application. For more information, see  Promoting application objects by using BMC Remedy Deployment Application

Defects fixes in BMC Service Request Management

SW00516267When a Service Request is submitted from BMC Digital Workplace Catalog, the value of the Price field is replaced with the value of the Price field in the SRD.
SW00513246When a Service Request is submitted from BMC Digital Workplace Catalog and the Service Request contains an attachment, the Requested By and Requested For fields are not displayed in the filters.
SW00518414When a Service Request is created using an SRD that contains a Date/Time type of field, if you open the Service Request, the values of the Date/Time field is not displayed in your time zone.
