Report types
You can use BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting to create multiple report types, as described in the following video (2:20).
Use performance-based reports with predefined indicators to review team performance, system performance, and so on. Watch the following video (3:28) for an introduction to the out-of-the-box KPI reports:
