Creating an archive view to look at data in archived forms

To see data from archived forms, you must create an archive view based on the existing view. This topic describes how to look for an archived form, and then create a new view for this archived form. You can also create a join in the new view you create.

The following video (6:37) describes how you can create a join in a new view in BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting(Smart Reporting).
