Pointing the needle of a meter chart to a specific field value
You can create a report that displays the percentage of SLA Met Incidents and point the meter chart needle to the SLA Met Incidents % value.
- Create a report with an Incident Management View.
For more information, see Creating-custom-reports-and-charts. - Select the SLM Status and Number of Incidents columns.
- Change the Number of Incidents advanced function to the analysis-percentage of the total.
For more information, see Creating-reports-with-advanced-database-functions-by-using-Advanced-Authoring. - Apply conditional formatting on % Number of Incidents to display SLA Met in green and SLA Breached in red.
- Create a meter chart and add % Total Num of Incidents to the Target section.
For more information, see Types-of-charts. - From the list of available functions, select the Set Analysis function, and drag it to the Measure section of the chart.

Where SLM Status equals to SLA Met. - Refresh the report to see the needle based on the SLA Met data.
