Monitoring and managing scheduled tasks

You can monitor and manage scheduled tasks from the Schedule Management page under Administration. When the Schedule Manager broadcasts reports, the broadcast results in one of the following states:




The broadcast was successful.


The broadcast failed, due to one of the following reasons:

  • The SMTP server defined in the configuration is not reachable or the details provided are incorrect.
  • Report execution error indicates that an error occurred while executing the scheduled report.
  • One or more recipients in the broadcast list do not have access to the scheduled report. For more information, see the Report security or Distribution security in the Report menu.

RunningThe selected broadcast execution is running.

PausedThe selected broadcast execution cycle is paused.


The "Next Scheduled Run" was missed because the scheduled task have a Paused status.
