Formatting draft reports
To format a report
- Open the report.
- Click the Design tab.
Depending on what the report includes, for example, charts, and whether the report is in DRAFT or ACTIVE mode, you will see some or all of the following icons: Click the icons and complete the fields in the panels that appear.

Description
Hide Table
Hide the tabular display in the report output and show only charts.
Note: To see this icon, the report must contain a chart.Show Table
Display a hidden table in the report output, showing charts and table.

Apply formatting changes that affect the report as a whole.
Column Formatting
Apply formatting changes that affect a single field, rather than the whole report.
Conditional Formatting
Apply alerts to a field based on defined conditions.
Section Formatting
Apply formatting changes that affect to the way sections are displayed.
Related Reports Formatting

Filter Formatting
Apply formatting changes that affect the way filters are displayed.
Annotation
View and create annotations. For more information, see Helping-users-understand-reports-by-adding-annotations.
KPI
Change the output to a KPI report display for use on a KPI Dashboard Tab.
Summary
Create a summary of the key metrics of the report and category breakdowns.
