Marking your favorite content

You can see the content that you have marked as favorite on the My Favorites page. You can mark the following content types as favorite:

• Reports
• Bookmarks
• Storyboards

To open the My Favorites page, click  to open the side panel, and select yourName > My Favorites. If your navigation setting is configured to use the toolbar at the top, your name and the menu is on the right or left side of the toolbar.

To add a favorite

• For a dashboard—Add a tab to your dashboard. The tab is automatically added to your favorites.
• For a report—View the report, and click the star icon at the top of the page. The star changes to an orange color and is added to your favorites.
• For a storyboard—View the storyboard, and click on the star icon on the panel at the bottom of the page. The star changes to a blue color and is added to your favorites.

To delete a favorite

• For a dashboard—Delete the dashboard tab from your dashboard by using the menu on the tab.
• For a report—View the report, and click the orange star icon at the top of the page. The color changes to grey and is removed from the favorites list.
• For a storyboard—View the storyboard, and click the blue star icon on the panel at the bottom of the page. The color changes to grey and is removed from the favorites list.
