Hi! The Hyperlink related to the Calculated Field text in the SW00559872 abstract would lead to the Unavailable Page. Could you check please for the correct hyperlink?

Also in regards to the SW00559872, it's quite unclear, how the calculated field should be created. Which formula type? Predefined, Simple, or something else? I couldn't apply the workaround on my system. Could you clarify the details please?

      Hello Dmitry Baryshnikov,

Thank you for your comment. This issue is fixed in version 19.08 and I have updated this topic to remove this defect from the issues table of version 20.02. If you are on a version prior to 19.08, then you need to create a calculated field of "Simple" formula type. Please refer to this link for more details.

      Thanks & Regards,

Hi Vrishali! Thanks for prompt response! But the previous versions of documentation both for 19.08 ( or 20.02 ( are still referring to this known issue and to the calculated field creation! Could you clarify, if this know issue is not relevant to the version 19.08 and above, what should be the correct steps to open the hyperlinks from Smart Reporting to Smart IT (instead of the default behaviour, leading to Mid-Tier)? Please update the docs for both links I have mentioned befor, otherwise it's completely misleading at the moment. Thank you!

          Hello Dmitry,

The issue to cross-launch to Smart IT from Smart Reporting is fixed in 19.08. The same is documented in the "Corrected in" Column of the 19.08 issues table. Please refer the following screenshot:

As the issue is fixed, you should now be able to cross-launch to Smart IT from an incident in Smart Reporting, as mentioned in this topic. However, if you're still facing issues in the cross-launch, please let us know, and I shall take this up with the R&D team.

Additionally, the issue has been removed from the versions above 19.08. Here's the updated link for 20.02 issues table:

          Hope this helps.

          Thanks & Regards,

Regarding SW00571063, is there a workaround for this issue? Is there an ETA for resolving this issue?

Thank you in advance for your response!
