Accessing and navigating the Remedy Smart Reporting Admin console
An administrator can use the Admin Console to perform the administrative activities in Remedy Smart Reporting. To perform additional administrative functionalities, a super admin user can directly access the Admin Console by using the URL http://RemedySmartReportingServerHostName:port/AdminConsole/#.
To access the Administration console
- Log in to Remedy Mid Tier as a Remedy Smart Reporting administrator.
- Select Applications > Smart Reporting > Smart Reporting Console.
From the left navigation panel, select Administration > Admin Console.
License Days Left
The license countdown provides the super administrator user with the status of the product license. The countdown figure changes to red when there is less than 45 days left before the expiration date.
The License Countdown panel is visible to a super administrator user only.
Configuration items
On the Administration page, you can access the following pages to make configuration changes.
