Setting your locale and time zone for Remedy Smart Reporting

The first time you access the Remedy Smart Reporting console, you must update the preferred locale.

To update the locale and time zone

  1. Log in to the Remedy Smart Reporting console.
  2. Under the user profile, click the Profile Settings
  3. On the User Profile page, under Regional Settings, select your Preferred Language and Time zone.

    Note:

    Under Regional Settings, you must manually set the locale only. The User Sync utility synchronizes the timezone of the user from the User Preference form of Remedy AR System to Remedy Smart Reporting. If time zone is not available in Remedy AR System server, the Remedy Smart Reporting user picks up the time zone provided at the time of onboarding.

  4. Click Save.
