Setting your layout and browsing preferences

By using the Browse menu, you can access reporting content to set up relationships between multiple fields and multiple reports, which provides layers of interaction and analysis.

The Browse page is available in the following formats:

To edit content on the Browse page

1. On the Browse page, select the report or other content that you want to edit.

2. From the menu, select the required option.
   

   The following options are available:

   • Open— Select to open the content.

   • Edit— Select to open the content in draft mode.

   • Share— Select to share the content.

   • Add to Favorites— Select to add the content to your Favorites list.

   • Edit Details— Select to change the name, description, and category of the content. This window includes a Clear Thumbnail link that removes the thumbnail that is displayed for the content. Next time the content is run, a new thumbnail is generated.

   • Make a copy–- Select to make a copy of the content.

   • Delete— Select to delete the selected content from the system.
