Out-of-the-box BMC Service Level Management reports

A user can use the following out-of-the-box BMC Service Level Management reports to view the service-level activity within the organization.

Report nameDescription
ComplianceDisplays the compliance penalty, reward, and impact cost information for a selected review period.
Incident SLA Compliance by Assignee

Lists the details of SLAs attached to each incident as well as the assignee, compliance status, compliance percentage, and missed percentage for each SLA.

Service Target by Measurement StatusLists the details of SLAs attached to each request as well as the goal category and type, measurement status, and SLM type for each SLA.
SLA StatusDisplays a pie chart of the SLA compliance met and missed percentages.
